We are expanding our international footprint and are looking for an experienced and passionate Export Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Export Sales Manager who will be responsible for expanding our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international ceramic sales, a strong network of buyers/importers, and a deep understanding of export procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to increase market share across targeted countries.
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and partners in global markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections from international clients.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and documentation teams to ensure seamless exports.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote Zavaya Ceramica products.
- Stay updated with international market trends, pricing, competitors, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in ceramics or building materials.
- Excellent knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language(s) will be an advantage.
